As a Lexington native with more than 25 years of experience in construction, design, and real estate, I bring a broad understanding of homes and the systems that keep them functioning safely and efficiently. My background in residential and commercial contracting, combined with my experience as a Realtor, gives me a unique perspective on the condition of a property and the needs of buyers navigating the home-buying process.
I believe a thorough home inspection requires time, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions. That’s why I perform just one inspection per day, allowing me to dedicate the time and attention each property deserves. From the foundation to the roof, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other major components, I carefully evaluate the property and document my findings in a detailed report with annotated photographs.
Just as important as the inspection itself is making sure you understand the results. I take the time to explain my findings, answer your questions, and help you understand which items may require attention. My goal is to provide clear, useful information so you can move forward with confidence.
